I made it a little bid smaller to fit electric Tealights in the Cupcake wrapper. I cut plain cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo and used lots of Glitter and Mirror Design cardstock for the panels.
Then i fixed a 20 LED Wire Light Set in the Top under the Lid to illuminat it even more. On the Base and on the Lid i glued three different colors fluffy wool to it. To round it up lots of Bling Bling .
This is absolutely beautiful! Would you mind sharing what size you had to shrink it too to be able to fit the tea lights?

But try it like that.Get the hole Kit on the mat in your program. Group it and push it so small that the holes of the Cupcake holder holes are the size of the Tealight.You should be able to get it right then. Sorry that i cant remember. I still hope i could help you. Have a nice and crafty Day.
